Catholic Family Services - Peel Dufferin // How You Can Help!

We receive funding from a number of provincial ministries, but the demand for our services continues to grow exponentially. The communities of Brampton and Mississauga are growing faster than the national average. We cannot keep up with the demand for our extensive services.

We need your help. You can make a donation by following the instructions at the bottom of this page. You can also assist us by donating goods or services. These could include items for various auctions, raffles and events that we hold throughout the year. All donations of cash, goods or services will be provided with a tax receipt.

Third Party Events

Perhaps you belong to a community organization that fundraises to support community causes. Does your employer run a golf tournament each year? All golf tournaments raise money for charity. Consider asking your employer to send some of the proceeds to Catholic Family Services Peel Dufferin.

You could create your own event. This could include a garage or bake sale, a golf tournament or a dance. The next time you have a birthday ask your guests to make a donation on your behalf to Catholic Family Services Peel Dufferin. Be creative! Are you an artist, a crafter, singer, anything that could create a fun event could be a fundraiser for us?

Canadian Stocks and Securities

Recent changes to the Income Tax Act allow for donations of Stocks, Bonds and Securities to Canadian Charities. You will receive a full charitable tax credit for any donations. Please email dbird@cfspd.com to discuss any donation.
